Product Introduction

This series use imported high-speed scanning galvanometer from Germany with photoelectric conversion efficiency, fiber laser, long lifespan, high marking speed, high quality output beam and high reliability.

It is used in metals, and some nonmetal, such as gold, silver, iron, components of automobiles and motorcycle, packaging of goods, drink and cigarette, nameplate, jewelry, watches etc. It can make kinds of graphs, words and signals. It can be integrated in the industrial production process.

It’s very convenient to modify serial No. or date, even that it can act automatically including marking the current year, month, day, hour, minute and second. During the continuous working process, it timely tracks and modifies these data. Its characteristic is high marking speed and precision marking effect. 

Fiber Laser Marking Machine Features

  • Fiber laser marking machine is the 3th-generation laser marking machine which is manufactured by the most advanced laser technology in current of the world.
  • The quality of laser beam is very good(near to the limit of diffraction, exporting TEM00 fundamental transverse mode, M2  near to 1,expanding angle of laser beam is only 1/4 of the diode laser marker),Therefore it is  very  suitable for delicate marking.
  • With high repeat frequency of the pulse, power outputs steadily, energy surge of single pulse is lower than 1%, BML-F can achieve high speed marking and control the depth and shape of the facula.
  • The processing speed of BML-F is 2-3 times than the traditional marking machine.
  • Air cooling, the size of the machine is very small.
  • Long life, ultra-low power consumption, the conversion efficiency is more than 30%, the unit power of the machine is no more than 0.5kw.
  • With red light positioning device accurately indicates the location of the processing of the laser head, eliminate the trouble about manual positioning.
